OUR ACTIVITIES
Emaweni boasts approximately 4000 hectares of pristine land with an abundance of single track trails perfect for guided game walks, trail running, quad bikes, off road bikes and much more.
Pools:
Main camp features not one but two sparkling pools. The infinity pool being the most popular of the two, as it is perfectly situated to soak up the tranquil views.
Jacuzzi:
Under the night sky, guests are welcome to enjoy our main camp’s jacuzzi as the wilderness whispers all around you.
Dams:
Main camp is perfectly situated near a selection of dams for the keen birders, game walks, drives and kayaking.
Guided walks – R100 PP
Game drives – R250 PP (self drive game drives are welcome provided guests have high clearance vehicles)
Fishing:
With nearly 20km of Tugela river frontage, guests are able to enjoy some of the top wild river fishing in KZN and the most epic white water rafting in the country.

Seasonal white water rafting (prebooked and full payment prior to arrival) – price on request
Relaxation:
Visitors can also embrace relaxation, where you get to wake up to the sound of birdsong and gentle mountain breezes, soak up some sun, read a good old book or sit with a cold one in hand at the fire.
Please note that we have a once-off community conservation fee of R75 per adult and R35 per child. This fee is allocated for maintaining trails, protection of wildlife and habitat care, just to name a few. This is your way of giving back to nature so future generations can experience untouched beauty the way we do.
